Hello sifus,

I'm a 24 years old male, currently weight around 72kg.

I'm a avid sports lover, play football and doing lap swims in 5-6 times per week.

The time of cardio is around 30 minutes, sometimes i do them both together amounting around 1 hour.

I do weight training as well, for biceps curl and fore arm muscles ONLY.

The problem for me is not my weight, its the tummy. I have one flabby lower abs. The upper part is a bit shaped and i could see some linea semilunaris and rectus abdominis, but the lower part, below the naval part is all flabby.

I tried hard, but the problems is that thing is there since i was like small.. its so hard to rid it off.

My goal of having a 6 pack abdomen in another 4 weeks.

About my diet, I dont really restrict my diet, but i watch what i eat and have a balanced diet.

Currently i cant push that much as i have my final major professional exam coming in 4 weeks also, so im eating alot of veggie for my retaining memory and avoid fatty meal.

I cant even do cardio that much, as my menisci is partially tear, a bit painful if i walk or jog, i stop footballing recently and doing swimming of 500-1000m for 30 minutes.

I just need help for my lower flabby tummy. sleep.gif

I've been trying to lose weight for the last couple of months, and it barely goes down. As far as exercise, I run 2-3 times a week at least. In the last month, I've also started doing set ups and using an exercise ball. Still not much change...Diet is really healthy. Although I do have a sweet tooth, I don't go over board with it, only enjoying the occasional sweet. I'm beginning to think that my thyroid is out of wack...Anyone, had theirs checked? How do you go about getting it checked? Is it expensive?

nope, a blood investigation can tell simply tell the function of thyroid. i bet it aint expensive.. dont know the exact figures through
