Hi Gals n guys, i need tips on food here.. can sumone give a daily food choices for
1) male intake and female intake
2) breakfast (7.30am), break (10am), lunch, tea time, dinner

I'm 157cm and weight 53kg. My fat % in body is 35% (which is very high), i want to lose weight and fat in proper diet, and be in shape in 2 months, getting married. My metabolisme rate is slow, i tried workout in gym in 30 mins i will feel letargic easily by end of the day, after working (i work in office with very less movement)

I wanna diet for my fiance too who works in a environment which make him move very2 less.

I used to be fatter, i reduced a lot with reducing portions but eating food like tempe and mee hoon most of the time. my fat % still high and metabolisme rate is low.
I wanna advice on diet to lose my fat , increasing my muscle mass and metabolisme rate and be energetic (so can perform better in gym) and in shape. and workout examples..

Hi ,
My list of food for the past couple of months is unstable as i just moved to new job.
past couple of weeks/days my list is:

before go to work (around 7.30-8):
1 small kotak of low fat milk/full cream milk dutch lady
sumtimes 2/3 whole meal biscuits, sumtimes cookies.

office break:
toasted whole meal bread+sardine/egg mayo

lunch(12-1.30):
today i ate 2 papaya slice and half mug of protein shake (need to change d brand, anyone know any gud protein shake that is below rm30)
yesterday i ate small portion of rice+fried butter prawn + vege..
so, if i ate rice , i would eat small portion of rice+ 1/2 vege dish (tempe/bayam/sawi..) + prawn

tea break:
if i didnt eat rice during lunch time, i wud have to find sumthg heavy to eat around 3-5
muffins, whole meal bread/ bun/ mee hoon

dinner: time varies
if in gud not so hungry mood: yogurt + green apple
or else...normal malaysian food..
in past 1 week: pizza, rice+vegetarian food, 1/2 naan with 1 small piece chicken, whole meal bread and milk

for those who didnt read my question in page 17, im a 28 years old gal who gonna get married in 2/3 months.. and im currently 157cm weight 53kg.. but with 35% fat..means my bone is small size, mostly are fat, out of shape..
i tried gym but with sitting on the office 10 hours and after that in gym it really makes me tired fast..end up will only go gym 30mins..
and past 2 months i cudnt get time to gym...
i used to be better shape when i went to gym daily in prev comp, but the eating habit is somewat the same..

i wannna help on diet + workout (my metabolisme rate is low) so that in 1/2 months i can be in shape (less fat) and weight max 48kg..

can you share the tips on how you lose weight from 60 to 50? wat is diet, wat u eat and wats ur workout regime like..

and also, how long it took you to go down to 50kg..
