Hi guys! I'm new to this section  Am currently slightly-overweight because of my holidays. Ate too much and no exercise... My height is around 169cm, weight 75kg. I have heavy bones, mind you. I tried jogging 15mins everyday almost without fail. The results were satisfying and I lost some facial fat. Now, it's back A reduction of fat in the selected areas is a must -face -neck -back -tummy I wanna push my weight to 65kg if possible. Any tips guise? Hi guys, I'm very new in this subforum so pardon me if I post in the wrong section.
I'm overweight now and my current BMI is 27. Previously it was 26 but after I quit smoking, my body size just went up. It's affecting my confidence. I used to exercise, 20 mins of non-stop jogging. I did that for 1 month and slimmed down a lot, was better looking than ever.
Now I want to lose weight and work out.
I think yeah I can jog for 20mins a day, no problem, just have to start somewhere coz I like to procrastinate.
As for working out, I got no gym near to my house as I'm still studying and hence do not own a car. Can anybody give me some advice? Or at least tell me what to do?
