ok, i have a question here where moderator have close my topic and bring me to this thread. I am wondering, if i am taking a meal per day, at night, having myself milo ice or coffee ice..i am wondering, drinking ice coffee, milo coffee oftenly but less eating..do the dieting still works?LOL

i started my dieting plan since 3 weeks ago. I think it's kinda successful as i am not eating any junk food anymore . (my previous bad eating habits). I feel it's kinda work for me by eating per meal a day. If i am not going to college, i will be waking up around 2pm. (Slept around 5am). After eating, i really feel full till rest of my day. Of course, i still starving at certain time. That's how my milo ice or coffee will be as my dinner. tongue.gif Well, i am not an active person. Basically, exercise don't really work for me. If walking, do it consider as exercise? I walk frequently.

lol..i eat on afternoon or evening i guess? Around 4pm. Milo ice or coffee ice will be at night
