Hey guys...im 170cm and weighing at 76kg.. I did jogging for 5km daily in a span of 40minutes... 15km of cycling in a span of less than 30minutes.... 200 sit ups.... How fast do u guys think that i can reach my target of 65kg? Well of coz i stop drinking beers and reduce my food intake too...n changing to some healthier food...

i've been doing 200sit ups daily, jogging 5km for 30-35mins....cycling for 15km in 30mins...and some weight lifting... I've been doing it for past a week or two... Yeah i do cut down almost half of my food intake.... Im really hope that i can continue this regime for as long as i live...

A short update....started daily jogging of 5km, cycling 15km n lots of sit up.. 26dec 2010 = 76kg 12jan 2011 = 70kg!!!! I feel so good right now
