i mean use oat as the crumbs of my fried chicken..can?
and have it with potato instead of rice. is that okay?

potato = relatively higher carbs than other food.

dont fry the chicken, steam it.

if u dont like this or that which is healthy, stay fat.

Urm, sexy a bit la, but I want a better S shape still tongue.gif So, still need to do work harder towards it smile.gif
Urm, exercise and proper diet.
I never go to gym, basically I changed my diet completely to high protein and fiber and low carb. All home cook and yes, I'm working adult who need to leave the house by 7am and reached home around evening time as like the others. Thus, it's not difficult to prepare 5 meals a day for yourself smile.gif

For almost 90% of vege, I just boiled it and eat it with either salad sauce or Japanese soy sauce. Even with chicken meat, I pick only the breast part, or else the drumstick part to cook, most of the time when I focus at losing weight, I steam only. Right now, for maintaining it, I do cook it or even fried it. But not everyday. Grilled also not a bad option and I hardly use oil to cook tongue.gif

Daily I exercise at least 30 minutes, and sometimes about 1 hour a day. Walk more and more. I eat a lot too but in very small portion, thus I can eat up to 5-7 meals a day without a problem.

Basically, just set your own goal and work towards it. I didn't touch any snack, any fast food, any oily food, any yummy food(sushi, curry, and etc) since November till January for me to lose from 60kg to 45kg. Then only after now can maintain, I start to eat like what others eat but exercise maintain still smile.gif

Respect!

Even when I was losing weight, I could never eat seven meals and still boast of a caloric deficit.

You have a personal trainer, what is he/she for if you can't ask for nutritional advice and if the PT doesn't know or isn't able/willing to share nutritional tips apart from the obligatory "PROTEIN SHAKE/HYDROXYCUT," go change trainers.

Well, yeah I categorise it as stubborn fat. Well, I have been trying hard to maintain a caloric defecit because if I eat any less, I'll be eating sand. I've been following a strict diet (no McDs and such garbage, eat brown rice, no fried, steam chicken breasts etc and milk instead of milo) but have decreased my running due to my toe nails turning blue.

Hoping to pump back the kms when my toes are better.
