From 95kg-----> 88.5kg
Before puasa (For bout 1 week) :-
Twice a day[lunch and dinner] --->
-Usually ill eat chicken grilled/roast only and some sayur ONLY!..No rice!
During Ramadhan :-
Once a day,buka puasa only till the next day buka puasa..No supper or anything..I dont even get up for sahur(but i drink a very big amount of water)
-Usually its just one piece of chicken(from bazaar ramadhan) OR plain Roti Bakar with some sayur..
-But there r times also that i go to hotels for buffet(so far twice),so diet gone la on that day..lol
*I usually workout every night at home(carry weights/dumbell) OR on weekends ill head down to my gym after buka puasa around 9pm like dat and do threadmill for bout 30-45 minutes(depending on my mood) and also carry weights..
So yeah,i know its a very unhealthy way to lose weights but let me see what r u guys punya opinion bout my dieting..
So far its a success
