I've been trying to lose weight for the last couple of months, and it barely goes down. As far as exercise, I run 2-3 times a week at least. In the last month, I've also started doing set ups and using an exercise ball. Still not much change...Diet is really healthy. Although I do have a sweet tooth, I don't go over board with it, only enjoying the occasional sweet. I'm beginning to think that my thyroid is out of wack...Anyone, had theirs checked? How do you go about getting it checked? Is it expensive?
