here is my tip..i only taking bread as source of food..and only half plate of rice during lunch only

and i can see difference in weight and feel lighter from day to day.. beside that with long jog on the park, 2 times a month

i m happy ,cud feel a differences already..

another tip, dont forget to drink water whenever u feel hungry.
