As I said, depends on your effort and intensity - not duration.

Tabata is a type of HIIT. 20secs all-effort work, 10 secs rest. Go give it a try first and see if you can still breathe after 4 mins.

You do know why you're bloated right?

Fruit contains fibre. Veges contain fibre. Fruit juice doesnt.

Fruits are way better than fruit juice.

Since you have a lot of excuses :

1) Trade your gaming time to doing something else. Clean the house. Sleep early. Plan your meals. Learn to cook.

2) Stop eating in front of the computer.

1) they ate too much during pregnancy thinking that it's their right to gorge whatever they want since they're "eating for two"; and just like any other weight gain, losing weight is hard especially if you havent done it before.

I personally try to control my food during pregnancy. A fetus needs only 300kcals a day (more towards end of pregnancy), so eating double is really an overkill. I gained 8kg so far (baby, water, placenta, blood, fat) - whereas lots of people actually gained 10-30kg. I also plan to breastfeed smile.gif

My friend lost all of her pregnancy weight (and some more) after 4 months of breastfeeding. It's doable. Just harder if you havent done the weight loss thing the right way (not starving) before.

Pain is relative no? I'd rather breastfeed than to run 10k everyday biggrin.gif

Weight gain is same for caesar n normal. But I found out that women who caesar tend to lose weight slowly because just like any abdominal surgical operation, you need more time to recover before doing serious weight training. Even leg presses also will require core supports right? smile.gif

Caesar moms are advised to keep their babies at least 2 years apart. Can imagine how long the recovery period is? blink.gif

Wahlao. Did you have gestational diabetes when you were pregnant? That's some serious weight gain.

Also, our society pampers pregnant mommies a lot. Wanna do exercise also cannot. So if you rest for 9 months + 2 months (confinement), it's very very very hard to get back to your exercise routine. I was still running at 7 months and only stopped cause after that, bladder pressure made me wanna pee every 5 minutes tongue.gif

No wonder you're overweight.

Are your family members overweight too? This no-vege trait is usually a result of your family not introducing them to you when you were younger, which is not surprising if they dont eat veges themselves.

There's this nasi lemak that contains half the calories, carbs, fat of my favourite nasi lemak.... it's half of my favourite nasi lemak. tongue.gif

Lost 8kg after 2 weeks of childbirth. 2kg away from pre-preggers weight. I have a feeling I'll be lighter after baby compared to before blink.gif

But I wouldnt recommend 'having a baby' as a weight loss strategy tho wink.gif
