Once a while it okay. Cant always put the guilt trip on yourself. I have a lot of favourite food which I stay away from but when the craving comes I let go.
*
I already stay away from a lot of unhealthy yummy food. Anyway, nowadays eat out once a while making me feel like not that used to it, perhaps too oily for me. sweat.gif

If BMI is good, dont think of loosing weight anymore. It is so depressing to see minor weight loss each time. Just focus on looking good or toning up. After all good looks was the main motivation for people to get involve in loosing weight.
*
I just want to look good without all the fats showing off around tongue.gif

p/s, I was away, hence no time to reply the email, will do it by today before lunch time sweat.gif

There isn't any gym that can attract me to sign with them yet at the moment. But then everyday walking for around 30-45 minutes with 1kg dumb bells on hands should be working out for a starter right? I'm thinking to slowly increase my workout instead of going in heavily which might hurt myself again

everyday, we burn out calories, even sleep is consider as work (because it's burn calories too, but too low)
as long u keep the healthy diet, with small portion of carb.. you still lost weight.. don't eat simple, but eat smarter.. that's freaking simple steps ... wink.gif
*
I don't know we burn out calories everyday, I try to cut down all carb, or maximum is only the 2 slices of bread in the early morning. sweat.gif

QUOTE(faceless @ Aug 13 2010, 09:36 AM)
L4 is no joke. You should take it easy.

I can sweat just sweeping and mopping the whole house. I consider it a small scale aerobic activity. It is sweating that is not of the magnitute that can be consider a workout.
*
Ya, L4 is what holding me back from a lot of things, as well changes my life though
I can still do some work but just slow and difficult. Start now is only normal walking lo

@sarah..
I...almost 2 month, without bread sweat.gif laugh.gif
If you found out the weight still doesn't change after two weeks.. review again your diet.. wink.gif
*
I had about 3 weeks without bread but lately kinda busy and as well a bit lazy to prepare other breakfast, actually is more like no time eating it at home, so bread is the best for me to eat while driving. sweat.gif
I am not looking at weight now, but wanting to firm up my body and shape it up smile.gif

But I'm not hungry between the meal time. Coz I drank a lot of water as well. Should I eat even I'm not hungry?
*
Then you reduce your portion of the meals lo tongue.gif
When starting you'll surely not used to it but then after a while, it's kind of like a habit already one. It's good to have more meals in smaller portion because it helps in increasing your metabolism rate smile.gif

hmmm... this my first time determine to slim down. so im kinda noob lo. sorry ah

so small portion but frequent meal huh?

breakfast like if i take cereal and slice of bread is it ok? lunch time maybe break into two times? then tea time. then dinner eat small portion but two times lo? right?
*
I also noob in this tongue.gif

My meals are something like that

Breakfast : Eggs + Milk shake + yogurt + 1 slice of wholegrain bread/cereals/oats + Apple (or any other fruits that I can get)
Snack @ around 10am : Fruit
Lunch : Meat + Vege (Plenty of it) + Eggs (Sometimes extra add on with Taufu) + 1 fruit
Tea @ around 3pm : Fruit / oats / yogurt / nuts
Dinner : Salad + Meat + Fruit

Something like that and I prepare all the meals myself everyday, so all oil free as I steam only the meat, sometimes boil the vegetables if not I'll eat it raw tongue.gif

Of course oat is healthy.

It's been recognize by everyone but it may not taste good  icon_idea.gif

That's a good example but I have better suggestion which you may choose something more easy to fell full compare with control your calories intake

For example eat soup mee is more full than dry mee.

All this effect your calories intake as well

Added on August 24, 2010, 11:15 am

Good one but I hope everyone remember that eat less not mean less calories

example a salad, if the salad contain mayonnaise  then the calories will become high already
*
Ya, that's why for my salad, I use yogurt (as little as possible) as dressing, else just plain vege salad no mayonnaise tongue.gif
QUOTE(night @ Aug 24 2010, 11:33 AM)
Your lunch looks heavy. I'm quite surprised that you don't feel bloated after having such protion. My daily lunch used to be exactly like yours except the fruit and I'm usually bloated after that. But instead of fruit, I had fruit juice.
*
At first I do feel bloated but after a while I'm quite alright with it. In fact I notice my metabolism rate is getting better hence I have no problem with heavy lunch since my work load require me to move quite a lot as well smile.gif

Rate during fasting month become slow. Could be the factor of muscle mass too.
But I'm happy with a few muscle visible and got nice comment from my friend wink.gif

Normally I do first before I jog with dumbbells, and no doubt it's really exhausting. But I hope it works to get rid of the stubborn fat over my thighs sweat.gif
