Oatmeal + HL milk and reheat in the microwave. I eat this almost every morning

I lost weight from 57kg to less than 51kg in 3 months time. I still eat rice regularly. Just cut down on fried food consumption, fast/junk food and most IMPORTANTLY, exercise!
