Well, it's always the tasty food not healthy one la. Common sense la, you work out everyday yet you're drinking/eating tones of oil into your stomach, how can it helps you to lose weight? Anyway, I started my gym this morning, surprisingly that I didn't feel that tired at work and until now still feel good. Hopefully I'll be able to complete this trial peacefully and later, get to see some difference when it ends. If it's that good, I think no harm in signing up a gym
