So there IS interval training. My friend said that if i were to burst and then slow it down a bit after that, I'm making the fat harder to get rid of.
And guys, apart from strength training and cardio, any other weight loss tips? I hate diets. Not because of the quantity, but because of the taste.
*
I have a secret for you.

There's this one food that tastes just like your favourite nasi lemak but with half the calories, half the carbs, half the protein.

It's 'half your favourite nasi lemak'. If you cant swap food, do portion control.

If you have time, read the content of both Nescafe and Coffeemate. Both contain palm oil.

I'd stick to real coffee + milk.

If cost is not an issue, you still go for Nescafe (instant coffee powder) + UHT small boxed milk.

Else just drink kopi without creamer.

They usually go simultaneously.

"Slim down" can also mean dehydration. It's an evil word.

I suddenly notice everything in M'sia is carb-tastic. Chicken rice, hokkien mee, mee goreng, roti canai, nasi lemak and the list goes on and on.

Where did all the protein go yo?!
*
Protein more expensive.

See Tandoori chicken cost how much?

*
Doesnt mean that veges are more expensive, just that you got sotong-ed tongue.gif

Go market and buy veges, RM5 of veges can feed you for a week!

Omg, I can never get even 60% full with the food served in my live-in college. And if I pay, then I'll get some seriously oily food. Been eating fruits. Anyone mind giving me weight loss tips? And btw, does strength training help weight loss?

Added on November 10, 2010, 9:19 amIf someone doesnt have the time, he must make the time.

Dont tell me you're busier than my friend who's a medical student with kids and still got time to cook meals for her family and exercise.

Keep asking why to your answers and you'll be motivated on your own. Else it will just be "because the government/my parents/my gf else told me to"

You can lose 15kg in 2 months by working out Biggest Loser style - 8 hours a day, 6 days a week.
