Can you keep it up? Ask yourself why people fail normally. Getting to a low bodyfat level is already difficult for most. MAINTAINING that low bodyfat level is even harder. Why? For most people:-
1. It's not fun.
2. They burn out because they depend way too much on cardio for bodyfat loss
3. Their diet sucks, they either go too aggressively low on a caloric deficit and cause a rebound weight gain or they think they can out train a bad diet.
4. They NEVER, ever, ever think long term. They just want to get in shape for some event, bla bla.

=( can you guys like... not overanalyze so much, stop going so much into details about the finer and intrinsic points of dieting and just cut calories? Trust me it's easy to lose bf%. It starts getting insanely hard when you're already lean and want to hit a single digit %.

All you need is to pick a diet program which you think you can ENJOY and stick with it LONG TERM, possibly for LIFE.

When you hear shit like.... Body transformation in 12 weeks, or a product commercial which says it's a MUST to use for fat loss, ditch it. Drop it like it's hot. All short term crash course crap.

intense low volume heavy weight training lasting 30 mins a session for both men AND women just twice a week are superior to fat loss compared to cardio WITHOUT A DOUBT. If certain women are still stupid, stubborn or ignorant by saying ,'I'm afraid to get manly muscles' DESPITE DOING RESEARCH which shows no such thing deserve to get shot in the head.

Note that I said even with research. not generalizing. I have gotten 3 female friends down losing 6 to 12kg of pure bodyfat with weight training and diet alone, NO CARDIO or minimal cardio. and I'm not even a personal trainer.

Ease into it..Don't kill yourself the first time. Learn.correct.form, do.it right then do it heavy. Squats or leg presses, bench press or.machine chest, chin ups or machine rows or pulldowns.

No you don't. Imagine if someone has a maintenance calories of 1200 cals a day. Try eating 200 cals per meal. That would be a miserable experience because each meal would make you end up feeling hungrier and hungrier. Breakfast, lunch and dinner, maybe light supper.

Don't know about Zumba but I know one thing. Spin classes are overrated. The people there are either skinny fat or just fat. It is absolutely inferior to weight training. Even LISS (Low intensity steady state cardio) is better than spinning.

Heh. True dat. Which is why people don't get the difference between fasted state and starvation. The body starts getting catabolic only after 3 days of continuous fasting. Amino acids are still being released into the bloodstream after a huge meal.

The dogma which is still being circulated these days. Tsk.

Yeah, if they can create capsules containing supercondensed food, that's the pills I recommend.

Seriously, fish oil, multivitamin, etc. Bare basics. I don't even use things like Animal Pak, Anavite and all that anymore. Just a regular multi.

That electronic shit is crap. Check it out, calipers analyzed my bf% at less than 8%. That machine said my bf% was 18%. LOL! Trainer's excuse: Sorry it's for normal people, not people like you.
