What about your diet plan? tongue.gif
A month later let us see if we can achieve our target or not ya

I'm increasing my protein intake slightly more now, feeling hungry quite fast nowadays blush.gif

Hi all,

Anybody hear about Zumba fitness? Its a good workout and it will sure help you to lost weight. I use weight 100kg and manage to lost 25kg in 2 year time. To lost weight you will need to have strong determination in term of food intake and exercise.

Avoid oily and fatty food, try to go for cereal with low fat milk, oat, fruit. It will work very well with your workout plus the control of you food intake.

: )
*
Sounds like promoting something here? sweat.gif
Anyway, cereals not really a good choice for diet I think, because most cereals sold in the market are quite sweet

QUOTE(seijiseimura84 @ Sep 29 2010, 11:40 PM)
Hmm......i having problem to choosing the suitable diet because i am very selective in choosing food

Here are some food that i eat.....

-------
Meat
-------
Chicken  = as long there is no gravy, expt chicken kurma, or ayam tandoori, kfc chicken
Fish = big fish, like dorry or tuna....small fish that got many bone dont eat, even fish also i eat plain fish dont like put sauce or gravy

-------
Fruit
-------
Orange, guava, apple, watermelon, mango, grape, dates
-----------
Vegetable
-----------
green salad, corn, carrot

------
Other
------
Hawaian pizza, fun fries, potato wedges, roti canai, roti naan, bread, any form of rice, yoghurt, allergy to milk n egg. ice cream, soto ayam, raisin.......

# other thing that i dont mention, means i dont eat

So howlar....with the limited choice of food, sometimes i have no idea what to eat....when i get boring eating same food, i tend to spend myself at fast food restaurant....so basically im not that strong eater, but since that i spend many time eating fast food , i get fatter...n when im trying to diet, there is only small choice n i tend to get boring easily with my food
*
Well, you can at least steam the chicken/fish, plain and no gravy, then just eat it. It's easy and healthy too. Eventually you'll need to consume some protein la, how can just eat so little? My snack time also more than yours already tongue.gif

same here! rclxms.gif

Hi there, actually I also new in this, just learn from all the sifus here.

My diet is very simple,

breakfast : oat + milk + 2 eggs + apple
tea break : fruits + green tea/milk
Lunch : Chicken meat/ fish (steam/ boiled only) + Vege (Plenty) + fruit + egg
tea break : Fruit
Dinner : Meat + Vege
Supper : Milk / fruit

I completely cut down all rice, noodles, fast food and junk food and etc, then for work out is daily 1 hour of exercise (including jogging, tabata squats, full body cardio exercise) . Occasionally I take bread/potato too but only like once a week, but i make sure I work out slightly longer for that particular day and I make sure I get enough of rest, eg at least 6 hours a day tongue.gif

It took me about 2 months? blush.gif

Actually that's really not a lot, it's only frequent but in smaller portion, not to say a whole chicken for a meal mah, only like a slice of chicken breast, or a whole leg for a meal. At first you might not used to it but slowly you'll get used to it already

QUOTE(night @ Oct 6 2010, 10:21 AM)
Jogging is part of cardio and definitely it will lose those fats. Instead of normal joggign, try HIIT. HIIT will give a shock to your body and it is much better compare to normal jogging. I had electric bicycle in my house and instead of paddling at a regular steady rate, I will paddle at a regular rate for the first 3 minute, and then paddle as fast as possible for the next 1 minute and the cycle goes on. I tend to get easily exhausted when doing HIIT. Try doing this. It works for me.
*
Mind elaborate more what's HIIT? I don't quite get it actually. Sometimes people said it's not about the duration but the intensive workout that count, and at the end I get confused sweat.gif

Haha, yeah, can finally get wifi in the class, now I can visit more frequently. But for a month or so only, november onwards flying everyday for 3 months, definitely gonna loose all that water weight..
Sarah, dont stop la, not worth it..keep pushing, jia you!!
I hope that last phrase was correct, lol
*
Not stopping la, still far from my goal so can't afford to stop half way. It's just sometimes will be a bit lazy, wanting to pamper myself so cook a bit more fancy food such as chicken chop and etc, but instead of deep fried, my chicken chop is steamed type, the most also grilled sweat.gif

I've been sick!!! sweat.gif

I stop all my workout lately for a week just because of my high fever and extreme bad cough that I'm having. Anyway, I tried to go on for jogging but I can feel myself having breathing problem, is this mean my asthma is coming back or just because of my cough? fyi, i'm still having cough though

I'm actually don't really want to go for doctor because of the doctors I visited last time all sucks, they just everything like yea, you got it and that's it but I don't feel it that way. I'm not too sure if it's because of I'm still sick or what but now I can feel like my body ain't that capable compare to earlier when I start to work out again sweat.gif

Haha, static, gotta love your explanation mate, finally something worth reading since the past few pages!
I wanted to give the same explanation, but using car engines instead of ovens, looks like yours would be easier for them to understand..lmao

Hi vinesh, I heard squats is good for slimming down thighs is it? I haven't try yet, still not sure what type of squats to do with it. Any idea? Now the arms slimmer a bit but still flabby la, I'm doing some work with it already but only the fatty thighs can't get rid of it >"<
