This Minecraft server manager not bad. Free, simple and I think quite lightweight. Good for those running their servers at home or on a VPS. I use it on my tiny "server" at home. Literally it's tiny, it being a Lenovo M73 Tiny PC.

Also started learning Python a few days ago and quickly whipped this up.
