glad to hear painting work started.. but with the recent rains.. will probably take some time..

progress has been a little slowed down.. dunno why.. but taking around 2weeks plus per floor now.. this is for Tower 18..

for Tower 28, cant see unless i head over to the other side.. from my house.. i can only see Tower 8 and Tower 18..

will update as much as can looks like got 2 projects to keep an eye on.. this Wharf and the Elevia..

Hi Guys, any idea when Tower 8 is going to complete? is it in 2015? Or next year? Do you all think is easy to rent out the house over there?

No.. its  new project.. Elevia Residence. . No idea about the school..

The schools are beside Elevia.

Have to wait until PKR rule the national gov, or BN to approve the schools that already approved by state gov.

1st tower you can see, painting work has started.. white and grey..

the first tower will complete first and handed over to buyers? or the whole 3 towers complete only handover...coz nothjing on the shopping complexe oso...
