By the way, I don't know how you people feel. personally I feel the property price may heading South instead of North. My friend bought 2 units Tower 1 Icon City 2 years ago at RM1000/ft, last week I just siok siok went in and check, many units on tower 2 still available at price RM8++/ft. Tower 1 left big units.

normally the units cannot be sold they will try to sell it slight discount. lAter on once it finish developing or building, sure the price will shoot up!

What my advise is just buy any properties from good developers while can which would be a good move i guess.
