Yes, you are right about the financial constraint faced by small- and medium-sized companies that cannot afford to upgrade to the latest hardware and software. What I do not understand is that some large corporations who can afford private jets and limousines to their executives refuse to upgrade to Windows 7, leaving their staffs with lots of problem in dealing with incompatibity in their computers with current software. The corporations only need to allocate a small portion of their excess budget to upgrade to Windows 7, and yet they refuse to do so, even though they are financially capable.
