recently, i have 2 max lvl characters. 1 Elemental lord, and acrobat.

I have to say.... both my character is not that usefull in cerberus dungeon. The only thing my elemental lord is good for is slowing down ceberus.

My acrobat? nothing useful, i have 6k HP and that's about it.

The most usefull character for cerberus run is force user, in my opinion. Ever since i was in a party of 2 force users and 1 priest, doing cerberus run is so much easier. Even in hell mode. Time stop, slow, gravity pulling.

Anyone else has their cerberus experience to share?

most partys i know is acro priest bowmaster force user @@
acro also good for getting sss easily tongue.gif

how do they protect? bounce and jump clearing the mobs apart? what about force user... i think they are better... suck them, stone fall, time stop... swordies best known not to bring them because they separate creeps too much... but good side is.. it protects people... above all... priest and pala still are the best tankers

paladin i think completely useless,

i had this paladin in my party once, cerberus run. completely useless, all his skills are PVP based.

DPS sucks, too slow to kill cerberus.

yup pvp pally suk in cerberus run. damage low. but my pally magic path. our dps quite high and we can hold on boss ect. and any pally vry usefull at 2nd stage to agro all mob before other class jumps in

Pally's are meant to tank... dont mention killing... of 4 characters none is good on both...

definitely, today met some pally... once he got me im dead... that's all... but if he use that on dog... what use is there... dog cant be knock backed by just pala's hit...

Btw the newbie event(lv to 25) end on 30th this month so i guess after the event they might patch it immediately..

you have to go easy man... once or twice.. think of it as a "rest" in game... lv40 you're gonna learn? im still thinking whether am i learning... i dont know if that will be lv50's pre-requisite..

paladin tank? I beg to differ. This game don't need a tank!!!

I kill faster with my elemental lord on a biggggg group of mobs than the paladin who's using the thorns return dmg skill... not to mention the cooldown is very long. All i need with my EL is, 3 skills, lvl 32 chilling wind, glacial wave, followed by MASSIVE dmg (critical dmg 3-5k) icy fraction, if they don't die, finish off with freezing sword and ice stab....and we can move on to next section. If (highly unlikely) they still dont die, i still have my teammates to finish them off.

No point tanking if, whenever i use a aoe skill on my EL, they will just come for me.

So, that's why imho, paladin is only for pvp. 4v1 also cannot kill.

It may seem so and I've discussed about this with my friends before... we wont know what's going to come in the future.. now pala is really just for tanking if you bring them into dungeons who knows they have provoke and such in late games? of course if you wanna play for damage dont play pala... elemental lord first choice... but when it comes to doggie run... pala can be better than priest.... one who can tank is better than one who can heal when the boss can one hit KO you.. when the 2 brother's boss... one level before the dog.... pala take one... others take one... so that we can kill both before 10 seconds death respawn... pala is useful.. everyone is.. perhaps just not yet... EL has high damage... it's very usual to have mobs aggro you... oh this game will need tanking.. they have to let pala have a provoke skill... EL and force users are too soft to be aggro-ed... Im talking about pala in dungeons.... the game DOES design specifically a char for PvP and a char for PvE for now... every branch from basic characters have one better in dungeons and the other better in PvP... but they should get neutralized when second job change is out...

Currently i'll put the character designed like this... i wont know what may turn out when they combined or go pure during second job change..

So that is why you may think pala is just for PvP.... well i'd say dont judge before the game is finished developing... Lv40 is still VERY young in MMOs...
