yup u can use english patch that made for CN DN on TW DN..

now i and with my other 2 fren r constantly on abyss mode..
(we r just lv17-19 in lv23 abyss)

not much done by english patch.. much of it are for user interface.. item/skill descriptions.. some quest that are translated using software.. its really hard to understand the sentences bcoz of this..
if u can understand chinese, it is better for u not using this patch..
