I believe TS's trick should work. Just it is against Blizzard policy.
I believe can is coz of the following reason
1) Blizzard confirm user can install the game in multiple pc/lap top
2) SC2 can be play off line (Correct me about this if i am wrong about this)
3) Ahem version of sc2 already flood the market. (No point if can't play without having battle net account)

Just give the guest passes to your friends.

If not enough, can always ask those who bought the game.

Since each retail copy comes with two guest passes.
