erm if the power / fan / molex adapter is powered by one molex from mine psu ....

than the power its share to all ?
so if plug in a fans , than the speed willl slow down ?

nope. it has multiple connectors on the board. the board itself has some voltage regulator function (i don't know what it is, never took electronics seriously at school).

there are 5v, 7v, and normal 12v connectors. yeah it will stress the psu a bit. but no problem. i don't use all of the connectors anyway.
