anyone using ATi graphic card and have problem with slow tabbing in the game once u tab out?

c2d @ 3ghz, 4gb ram, ati 4850, raid 3x 160gb hdd shud be more than enough to run sc2 IMO..
not even maxing my graphic setting yet. The game is perfectly fine even in major battle of 4v4, the only problem I am having is tabbing in and loading time |

Any laptop which is able to support sc2 in a decent setting? meaning like mid to high?
