OMG!!! I'm still remember when in end of 2004, they also upgrading their customer service system....
My father make the payment, but they took so long to update it.... about one month....   
Until my astro automatically terminated....

And I'm also still remember, on that period, one of their representative said that they keep all of changing package request, payment update, etc on PHYSICAL FILES... 

Hi All,

Just wanted to check. I connected my beyond decoder with HDMI output to TV and Red & White cable for audio to my speaker system. It was working till recently whereby, no sound is coming from my speaker and then I switched the audio setting to TV and the sound comes from the TV but from the speaker. I have tested the speaker with TV alone and it works but not from the decoder.

Any solutions for this?

that particular wiring is for single decoder usage only
for multiple decoders sharing multiple LNB, wiring need to be altered completely

And our digital channel test is...?

First thing first, are u using the signal amplifier, i presume u are not. For your info when i took out the signal amplifier the whole screen picture become blur compare when i install the signal amplifier the screen n picture is so clear until it very near to blu ray movie when u are on HD channel, so can explain why so much different when its only picture noise.

It's quite difficult to do the screen capture especially whent he brightness was insufficient and the object on the TV screen was moving. The FTA HD channel that I get on the Openbox S9 was Fashion TV HD + Luxe HD + NatGeo Wild HD from AsiaSat 5, Fashion One HD + Life Inspired HD from Measat 3. As I mention in my previous post, only certain programme PQ quality was good and their average just like the HD channel on Byond.
