This is my first time booking tickets on AirAsia.com.
I booked 4 tickets this morning at 6am, and paid via direct debit Public Bank ebank. The transaction went through and the amount is deducted from my bank account. After the payment, the bookings page was automatically loading something, and then it failed with the message saying that the server was busy. Then, I tried to check the status of my booking but it says that it's invalid. I have not received any emails from AirAsia since I booked those tickets just now. Is this normal?

There was a problem with the server that time. After I paid on pbebank, then it tried to load someting on airasia website, but it failed because the server is busy or something.. tomorrow i'm going to check with the airasia sales office..

Yeah, I am an AA member and it's not listed under Manage My Bookings. But in my bank account, it shows that it has already deducted the amount from my balance, so that's weird.
