guys, i have done some research earlier but thinking might as well ask lowyation too regards this issue.

My flight to south korea was delayed for more than 10hours.How do i ask them to compensate my lost since i had the travel insurance ? is this even possible? Kindly advise.thank you.

Really travel by airasia at your won risk. Now i have to think twice again especially for long distance travel. They have the poorest customer servicing etiquette ever. When i asked them to give an explanation on the delay ..guess what they answered the passengers ?

" THIS IS OUR FIRST TIME EXPERIENCING THIS SITUATION " .i was like ' oh ,so this is your first day operating an airline company? &^%@$^&! " how retarded.Really drama that night ! some of the passengers were screaming their lungs off at the staffs (so u can imagine how bad the situation was..)
