Hi.

I booked my international flight for Dec 2010 & it's confirmed.

But I forgot to pre order/pre book on meals! Can I still pre book it now?

Also, am I allowed to bring computer gadgets like USB TV card (with CD & foldable aerial in the box) & 2.5/3.5" external hard disk in either hand baggage or luggage? I don't wanna use my laptop on board the plane, they are for me to watch TV during my holiday!

How about dried foodstuff like biscuits & curry powder in luggage [not to consume onboard]? Some stuff I wanna take for relatives.

Hi,

Q1. What's "Web Check In Counter" (to avoid long queue?) I got that message when I logged in AA site. How do I use "Web Check In Counter"?

Q2. I book flight (confirmed) but I forgot to pre-book meals. How to do I book meals now? Can't find the link in "Manage My Booking".

Hi all.

I'm still confused about the 'Web Check In' time period for me, my flight to UK is on Sunday 12.12.10 2:30PM.

I bought/booked my flight online with a Debit VISA card.

So is my time limit for web check in:
a. between now to 05.12.10 2:30pm or
b. between 05.12.10 to 12.12.10 before 10:30AM ?

I have booked 1 luggage only for my flight, not booked meals yet but now I want to.

Here's the extract from AA's FAQ:

When can you use our Self Check-In services?

* Web Check-In will be available from 7 days to 4 hours before the scheduled departure time
* Mobile Check-In will be available from 7 days to 4 hours before the scheduled departure time (Currently available for certain destinations ONLY. Please refer to Mobile Check-In page on airasia.com for more information)
* Kiosk Check-in will be available from 24 hours to 1 hour before scheduled departure time (Currently available for certain destinations ONLY. Please refer to Kiosk Check-In page on airasia.com for more information)

Hi,

I got less than a week before my flight.

I tried to do Web Check in but I got:

Sorry, we are unable to process your web check-in request.

Please ensure that you have met all our check-in requirements or that you have entered the correct Booking Number and selected the correct Destination.

Do I Qualify for Web Check-In?

The following guest(s) will NOT be able to utilise our Web Check-In services.

* Expectant mothers
* Guest(s) travelling with infant(s)
* Guest(s) with reduce mobility and those with special needs
* Guest(s) travelling to Australia (requires Pre-immigration Clearance)
* More than 9 guest(s) under one Booking Number
* Guest(s) who have purchased ticket(s) under our flight transfer service
* Credit Card & EGV voucher bookings made via internet or Call Centre, departing within 24 hours from the time of booking

As far as I know, none of the above is applicable to my flight/journey:
* Expectant mothers [no I'm not!]
* Guest(s) travelling with infant(s) [I'm travelling alone]
* Guest(s) with reduce mobility and those with special needs [Not me]
* Guest(s) travelling to Australia (requires Pre-immigration Clearance) [Going to UK]
* More than 9 guest(s) under one Booking Number [Again, just me alone]
* Guest(s) who have purchased ticket(s) under our flight transfer service [Don't think is for UK trip]
* Credit Card & EGV voucher bookings made via internet or Call Centre, departing within 24 hours from the time of booking [Well I booked using VISA Debit Card back in Sep 2010]

So why can't I check in?

Is Mobile Check in easier? How do you do Mobile Check In?

OK, thanks people.

Just curious, what's the queue like for Normal counter check-in ,especially on a Sunday morning? It's not free anymore, right?

Is Kiosk Check in easier/quicker?
