I wanna ask bout AA baggage policy.. I booked a group ticket but my friend i unable to to follow us. Can we use his baggage allowance? SInce he is going to burn his ticket, can we use his 15kg worth of baggage? Thanks!

For example, my name is Seow Lee Lee
But in my Traveller details, i key in my details as follow;

Surname: Seow
First name: Lee (I should put this as 'Lee Lee')

I tried to change it in "Manage my Bookiing" but unable to update my name.. but other details can.. Hmm, will this be a problem during web check in or kiosk check in later?

Pls. advise. TQ

Totally wrong or partially? If minor mistake just email to airasia. They will change your name accordingly and email a new travel itinerary to u.

Can request for a change if you want. The best is to go to Airport or call them directly...

Why still got fuel surcharge KL-Taipei? I thought no fuel surcharge? Hmm

Hi, i have bought a ticket departure at 4.20, but today I received a sms and email saying it will be reschedule, brought forward by 15minutes..

Last time I heard from my friend that if AA reschedule their time, we are allowed to change the flight without extra cost, i plan to change to the day before. What if only 15minutes? Need advise.

Anyone has this experience before?
