I think you missed the word "FROM RM18 ONWARDS"

Only a few destination and a few seats are designated for RM18 all-in fare.

ah... managed to book at promo price for PEN-HKG.

Damn the checked baggage price and convenience fee.

The promo this time not really that great.. I took the deal coz i missed in the last promo... Saved about 300bucks in total.
