taiwan lowest fare is rm126something (haven tax yet). then back from taiwan will be RM240something......

i wanted to ask what is the tax refund stuff??? when it started??? is it meaning we paid the fare, fuel surcharge, airport tax..... then we at airport go ask for the tax refund a???
