I used the self check-in at Penang airport before. Ok lah, faster than queing at the check-in counter, but then, the stupid self check-in unit, ie the monitor, keyboard and mouse are placed on top of the normal check-in counter. Damn, after check in for 3 persons, my neck and arms sakit liao.
