last year i bought 2 tix to bangkok for this coming october, free seats, along with 15kg checkin...

unfortunately i cannot make it. my understanding from reading the posts here is that, instead of claiming refund before the trip, i should wait until the trip is over? and i can only claim the airport tax and burn the checkin luggage fees?

how much would it cost to change name or change date?
