This is actual Chan Wai Hoe, my junior during my secondary school time SMK 24. This dude like to act cocky since secondary school, his house located at the section 17 beside the tadika and i'm not sure whether he is still staying around there but you may ask his family to refund to you guys !

Dear all, all of you can get more information about this stupig Chan Wai Hoe at the secondary school he has study before at SMK 24 Jalan Timun, Shah Alam. I assume he is graduated on 2005 SPM certs.
