itu pasal, take things slowly, u cant build stamina overnight, do longer periods of walking/jogging, and stress urself from time to time, increase the stressing variations as you get comfortable.

why wait till 80kg only start muscle building? maintain ur cardio and bring in weight training la. eat protein.

provided u dont bring in junk food, and eat right, and provided you work , you'd still lose the weight and build the muscle. and the weight gain would be muscle mass

usually i'd say, get a pt for a month of 2 just to help with the start, it's worth it.

dont be crazy and go all honey and oat only, ur body needs energy and it needs to replenish everything that is lost during ur cardios. u can eat ur burgers and fries, but be prepared to work as hard as u eat, thats all

PT are expensive, i wont deny la. but if really struggle to find the proper ways and motivation, if can, then try one or 2 months of PT lo.
if cannot, u can always head over to the health and fitness section geh..
