lots of poor people who will not be able to own freehold landed property in prime areas, but take heart, there's still Rawang, Sg Buloh, Kundang, Seremban, Kajang, Bangi and if you wait a little longer, you might only able to afford Tg Malim, ipoh, Melaka etc.....
but lots of lucky rich fellas who buy and buy and sell and sell with RM 100-200K profits margin. The rich getting richer, money makes money

house already got alarm now in gate and guarded some more what s the difference with a concrete prison I tell you this one you got to fork out 1.3 million the other one FOC and you get 3 meals a day for free

no choice no more freehold land in puchong bandar puteri full house skyville - too risky the hill slope bandar kinrara - overpriced and design much to be desired if dont settle for KR, then have to go deeper in Puchong - talking about Puchong utama, Puchong Hartamas or Nusaputra , or Tasik Prima
KR - at leasr can still say not staying in Puchong can say kinrara or bukit jalil Puchong is still a taboo address in the elite property neighbourhood
so all those who settle for KR - no choice . G & G and clubhous ewith swimming pool a much needed consolation to compensate for the leasehold title in this part of Klang Valley. Alam Sutera - dont bother. access much to be desired
