I agree, finishing's crap. My wife got rid of hers a while ago.

However, those people that buy the houses to live in do not buy because of crap finishing - but because of the big build-up (24x70...I think).

Crap finishing can be fixed, but land area is fixed. As long as they can spend 50-100k on renovations I think the subsale will still be good.

Last I heard it was transacting at 420+ k...
