How much do you guys think the 2storey semi d and 3 storey semi d - Kinrara Residence Palmeria can be sold upon VP in 2013? Thank you in advance for the input.

Covillea and others who would like to provide some input/advice,
Based upon your estimation. What would the price be upon VP for the 3 storey Semi Detached? After 12 months and 24 months. What about rental ? Do you think a rental of RM 4000-5000k - Semi Furnished is achievable? When is the VP for Palmeria? Thank you |

(Still need to tighten the security checking) 9, Nepalese security guards are quite competent (but still need to improve on check in record) 10. So far no negative comments on living environment heard fr my neighbours who are fr Kota Kemuning, Bdr Puteri, Puchong Jaya, Cheras, Bkt Jalil, etc, they all say the environment is great, very cooling air and peaceful.
