Hi All, i'm new here. I just sign up for a Link Two-and-a-Half-Storey recently. Then i only found this post. It's really impress and im also interested to join the Teh Tarik session as mentioned.

Latest Development of Kinrara Residence, MS had already completed 40% for the first few units in the the first row. And from far, we can see a few row of shop lots development under Bandar Kinrara developer..

Thanks Immortal, you manage to go inside and took so many great photos ya.. great work! Sounds good if 2 & 2.5 storey are inspected by Conquas as well. Hopefully your friend will take care my unit as well.. LOLS.. And I heard that there also got small mulitipurpose hall beside surau.. Hope really outside the fence... sad.gif TMS..please take note!!!

The access to MEX is a great relief to those who stay in Putra Permai, property prices are expected to rise another 10%-20% in vicinity area. wink.gif

I heard there also another new highway connect from Kinrara to Damansara too.. I'm worry the traffic condition will become worst.. JAMMMMMM!

Hey guys, i received a letter from TMS said that they will change the small store room to bigger store room for 2BLH(2 n half link house) ... anyone signed the letter? need to send back to them by 2 Nov 2011..

For your info, i'm also 2.5 storeys buyer.. and i did highlight my comments in the memorandum, something like improve the building materials since we pay loads to get a link house.. man.. even is 60% complete. Why you also join us and share your view with the developer?

Good location but all criterials like security system, busy highway, building materials, maintance, traffic will also take into the consideration too..

Stop by last weekend. All the zinc surrounding the site has be taken down. Road tarred, street lamp post up. Think, they were doing landscaping work.
