Need some matter clear on this concept to understand better - 1) All residence have binding contract to pay maintenance
2) Does maintenance include the whole fenced area? ie. all green area , roads n club house (if avail.)
3) How about street lighting? Par of maintenance?
4) How much maintemence fees should each house pay?
So is it similar to condo/apartment that all is covered by owner and hold only a strata title?
