To me, they are just missed out another opportunity to sell. Don't under estimate anyone. Who knows if those Mahajaya purchaser get invited and they syiok syiok go and sign up for a SMD.

As Mahajaya purchaser, I don't really mind as I already being "rewarded". But can you imagine those forked out RM700K/RM800K for 2storey/2.5storey. What will they feel if such a low quality material being construct in their newly bought house?

From Mahajaya as well... I just signed the deed of mutual agreement and MOT 2 weeks ago with some revision that conformed to MS requirement.

For the S&P, it was few months back already. Signed but pending MS action.

Already paid the S&P fees when I signed the S&P under Mahajaya.

Still got no news about the loan agreement and MOT fees... rclxub.gif

But question again, will u be tempted to sell if someone offer u 50% higher than your purchase price?

Hmmm... they lost a customer... very soon those bank agent will PM you on their package, maybe can get better deal... but need to go thru all the hassle again.
