everyone has every rights to debate here.. this is a public forum.. a lot of fully sold projects still being discussed here.. so what is the problem??
To be honest, not everyone knows the "real meaning" of gated and guarded.. Some of the characteristics of G&G has to be clarified.. is it built on strata title instead of individual? who is responsible for landscaping and maintenance? JMB? Developer? or MPSJ? is guard allow to stop public from accessing the area? public road or private road? |
