still find my siberia lack bass. sad.gif no oomphm from my pov
*
no oomph...but doesnt mean its 90% treble.
rather i find other sets to concentrate too much on bass at the expense of clarity.
bass can be added on, but treble if added on will start to sound artificial...ie. its better to cut treble instead.

anyway..then from ts opinion..now my case i use it more on listen song instead of gaming..then u think i shud go for razer or steel series headset

and i owes perceive the headset start from noise cancelling

any more advise??
*
razer or steelseries where got noise cancelling headsets?
u want noise cancelling headphones, philips and sony has the cheaper ones around rm300+ iirc.

i never said siberia is 90% treble, i said mostly gaming headsets only, .

i never want more bass i want neutral, thats why im going for dt880 instead of dt990  biggrin.gif

the only way to noise cancelling it is to on loud and drown the outside sounds.
*
go google proper noise cancelling.
the ones u see are more like noise reduction / noise isolation.
like IEMs u plug it in ur ear so deep that nothing can get in...but still somehow can hear sounds from outside.

proper noise cancelling ones u no need to turn up the music so loud cos it electronically cancels out the noise from outside...none of which any gaming headsets have for the earpieces but some have for the mic.

i dunno which teammate of mine is holding the x6 tongue.gif
i'll find out soon, or when i go down there in 2 weeks.
whatever it is, the x6 will eventually end up in our inventory...i definitely dont plan on using it...just want to try it and see if there's anything great about it.

uhhh that was a few yrs ago...and very very limited stock.

I know, but I feel it's kinda weird.
what if Ban Leong delayed in getting BW here due to other reasons?
At least he should have a few units in stock maa..
anyway, it's up to him. risky..

it's something like Real Madrid haven't sign M.Ozil, but started selling their jersey with his name and number?

btw, Starcraft 2 line belum release in US, you expect them to come to MY first?
*
maybe LL has but hes scared to mention that its parallel stock in case ur ban leong staff? tongue.gif

QUOTE(ben3003 @ Sep 15 2010, 10:57 AM)

u should adjust ur mouse sensitivity properly if u want to be more precise.
imho, speed / control mats are just gimmicks to try and get more sales tongue.gif
so stick with speed cos it feels nicer, and adjust mouse sens nicely biggrin.gif

oya i got i quest wanna since got lot expect here

i usually adjust the mouse sensitivity of the windows to lower but with the higher dpi profile set in the mouse

then if do it in another way means adjust the dpi to lower but with higher sensitivity in the window or in the game..is it make any difren??
*
for me, my mouse is set at 500dpi with win sens at 6/11, since 500dpi allows me to surf my desktop comfortably without the mouse flying all over.
then i adjust in-game sens accordingly to how i want.

umm nowhere did i say that i prefered it...i still prefer my 7G mainly cos it uses cherry black and has no macro keys on the left side to disturb me.
like i said, that review is still a work in progress...i typed it out on the spot in about 30mins last nite.

- though somehow the Steelseries 7G feels much smoother and lighter - guess that's why it pays to learn how to touch type so you do not bottom out the keys

i know the cherry mx black slows you down so u dont bottom it,

im still bottom it sometimes can never full get used to it.  doh.gif

when typing i still tend to bottom out some keys.
*
maybe u should train urself on the BW or any keyboard with click, then go back to 7G...to train ur fingers not to press down all the way when typing...cos with the blues got click thats halfway u usually just stop there.
the 7G of cos got no click so ppl just tend to hantam all the way down cos they dunno where to stop.
basically imo, those who are not sure which one to get may feel the blues are faster cos u tend to press until halfway once the click kicks in...
but once u can touch type and only learn to press like 2mm down...way before the click kicks in...u may find u can go faster on blacks without waiting for the audio cues and feel of the clicks.
of cos u can also press down 2mm on the blues only, but since the click is there it becomes habit of pressing til u actually feel the click which is lower down more.

QUOTE(AlexLai @ Sep 18 2010, 04:32 PM)
I only bottom out keys while gaming. For typing, usually not as often.
*
of cos la, where got ppl just touch WASD and related keys only tongue.gif

That's why better avoid Copperhead if possible, that mouse is very famous for the auto double click issue and now with less support for it, don't think so it's wise to get it. wink.gif
*
the double click is easily fixed by opening it up and cleaning the button contacts...i did that on mine and it lasted a long time tongue.gif
