isn't it around 8x-ish on the price of Razer's ? ohmy.gif

as advertised in RZ it states the following...

Nylon ballistic shell for durability
Water-proof neoprene interior for added shock and spill protection
Tear-resistant, weather-proof heavy duty 1680D ballistic nylon exterior

So it should be tough isn't it?  hmm.gif
*
maybe the material is good

i said not solid means it cant maintain it shape is a lembik material that can be bend

Added on October 24, 2010, 11:04 amsome more if it can be use as mousepad then is awesome then is means bring laptop with mousepad as well...nice conceptual design

Hard plastic is more likely to break faster when it impacts on something hard, no? Imagine if you drop your laptop on the group with the case and it shatters?
*
then depends on how hard is the case ba
so next time buy any thing with hard solid casing ask the seller about how many gram force impact can the case withstand ^^

isn't the bolded statement referring to the DPI?
yes i know there are differences in pixel hunting, but still, it boils down to the DPI and the window sensitivity, no?
very high DPI, lower than average(middle) window sensitivity, then you get very tiny precise movement.
unless with same window sensitivity and same DPI, laser mouse can provide even more tiny and exact pixel hunting compared to another optical mouse(which won't be happening), DPI is still the factor to be considered. look out of the box.

maybe we can say that laser sensors provide much higher DPI, thus more precision and accuracy as you mentioned.
*
nope ur statement partially corrrect

high dpi and low sensitivity setting combination did improvement
but precision is how precise the mouse follow ur hand movement..laser sensor serve better because of the sensor tracking power is different
other than that..laser sensor also tracking better for more different surface

maybe i not really good in explaining this
or i should explain with example

you try 1 optical mouse and laser mouse..put them in same dpi value..let say da and ikari laser both in 2000dpi(let say)
try use it in photoshop graphic work with same sensitivity as well..you will get wat i wanna convey

may i know qpad 5k or naos 5k release first even though name also similar..feel like 1 of them copy another design only thats why i leave it out

naga epic i not sure..because not really go though other side panel shape..last time did watch a very complete review for rat 7 so confirm the side panel has the pinky rest

Added on October 25, 2010, 11:14 pmany way personally stil prefer ikari
1. ss fanboy ^^
2. naos and qpad 5k color combination doesnt catch my attention
3. rat 7 sounds cool and good..but i think the mouse is bit over design...make it like got few screw within the mouse..overall my comment is (the mouse no longer look like a mouse)

i tried using it with my 2.1 speakers. not much difference, but den again, could be because my 2.1 speakers are those cheap logitech ones.
if you paired it, please review. using da and ikari on goliathus speed now, so far so good.
an upgrade is always welcomed. biggrin.gif
*
for my personal preference (i not sure how for you) i much more prefer ikari on hard mat (using destructor now maybe upgrade to 9hd)
my i got both goliathus and destructor..but much more prefer destructor
if later i bought 9hd from edifier then can give some comment here
anyway since lot ppl is paired xai and 9hd then for ikari shouldnt be any problem

i dont think so...ikari's sensor was way before HD pads were invented..
Please do not try the SP or the HD mats... it does not work out...you will feel a slower mouse movement ( you can see it move rather than just blink there)
I only tried it on SP and HD..other hard mats may perform with the ikari laser..
*
means you do not agree the combination of ikari and 9hd is it??
but at least now i use it with my destructor, i feel it is great

Added on October 27, 2010, 11:39 pmplz..any 1 using 9hd and ikari??
is there any problem with this combination..got 1 buyer for my destructor..i am deciding whether wanna sell away the destructor and get 9hd
