Can we install official Froyo ROM manually to Maxis set Desire?

not every AP.    mine from Spore so also SEA set. 

Sorry. I mean to download the zip file and update from there

The link is provided across the xda forum and i am now downloading. I am just wondering how am i going to update the ROM to my maxis set desire? anyone doing this?

anybody helps.. how can i get my apps back.. gone since i upgrade to 2.2 rooted..

is it the nandroid backup? i did it twice but failed to backup.. so i just flash the rom..

hmm.. i hv to find and install apps again then..
but ofcoz my handcent "bahasa pasar" will lose oso huh.. argh..

well maybe.. maybe not. cause unrEVOked is currently working to root boot loader 0.92. Just that the current root is up to the previous hboot.

HBOOT 0.80 should work right ?

My windows just can't detect the phone while using unrevoked
And I already installed everything (driver). Even device manager showing android boatloader.

as it mention someone did the ota and vice verse back (HBoot from 0.92 to 0.8), but this is in chinese wordings, so I try to look for that guy for more details. Hope it really work.

It states:
1、制作金卡 ( Make a Goldcard, bcoz the gc image is not the same after ota than the org )
2、刷RUU官方ROM。 ( Flash RUU rom)

3、刷后HBOOT会从0.92降为0.80 ( U will see the HBoot FM 0.92 downgrade to 0.8 after flash )
4、使用O大无痛root ( Root by one click method should be reflash_package.rar unrevoked.com )

6、随意再刷任意定制ROM。 ( Flash any rom you like )

But still that guy not replying me yet, hope this can help something~~

Samsung makes AMOLED, restricted units to HTC because obviously they don't want HTC to overtake their sales.

As long as you don't put your amoled next to the super amoled, then you'll be fine. There ARE differences, obvious differences especially under the sun. They don't call it "super" for no reason.

yup, I mean it's not THAT bad it's not like you cannot see anything at all. But I don't want to go adjusting my brightness everytime I go under the sun.
