My visit there last night occupancy still quite low. At most 40%. Link villas only 2 unit stayed in another 2-3 under renovation.total of around 15 units I think. Condo's also not too high occupancy rate too.

The facilities are good for low occupancy, if it is full, 172 units sharing facilities will be horrible. As for August 14, noticed some increase in occupancy. Seen foreigners including Chinese. The infinity pool looks big in picture, is already pack with 4 adults two kids (pretty shallow, may be 3.5 feet, good for children too), very basic gym equipments with track mill and weights will be pack with 10 adults, small jacuzzi pool will be good each with one or two persons, steamroom horrible without regular cleaning, lounge etc reasonable pay per use plus deposit. Even so, maintenance is a little slow. Many cctv to the facilities, but often find security missing from his position (don't blame him, boring job), and items wear and tear, missing yet to be replaced. Wonder how long can this sustain ?

Lobby impressive to see, but really stuffy down there without proper circulation, and mosquitoes in the evening, therefor no one will stay longer in more than he needs to snap some pictures.

Built-up of 1400sf onward should be spacious, but the layout design is really terrible... splits into many small rooms, and no bathtub, water pressure slightly lacking in lower floor. Feng Shui believer might be concern with balcony facing many ground breaking at a few directions. Direct entrance and exit to busy road is something to be overcome, plus the opposite apartment. Further is good with all these development.

The "green" make it name from the design, but it is not really a "green" building.

Are you sure the quality so good, or you are the staff of Exsim to help promote the project? Please give some bad comments at least... Otherwise :~( ... I miss this project.

No worry, Exsim has more projects smile.gif

There are also much to be improved, if one desired to improve, cleanliness and upkeep of facilities are also important, and these can only be achieved by cooperation and feedback from residents, and comments positively taken.
