hehehe... as i have guess, this development with such low density should have no problem selling of all units by their sales & marketing director.
did not know much about the surrounding but one thing for sure is a direct comparison between bj and kiara should be done on apple to apple basis.
bj have what it takes to become the next kiara. remember, kiara's commerical centre comes in much much later then the first few phases of residential. if you must compare, then you should compare bj's current prices versus kiara's initial launches (and adjustment for inflation prices).
after all, the creative forces from kiara seems to be hopping on to bj now. lol.
am not promoting treez or anything but just sharing my 0.00002 cents worth.

Bukit jalil cant become next MK....at the beginning when developer wan to start develop MK, developer oledy plan to make it a luxury and highend residential place....but bukit jalil nope...the bukit jalil concept is become a sport center..."nothing related to high class area... |
