I think on insider ppl can book now.. Not launched yet. Exsim always have insider sales first, most of the time the good units will be snapped up fast.

Anything transacted in January can ask the lawyer to set the date in December 2013, may be got chance to escape. Anyway, purchaser is also not stupid, they know how urgent owner want to dispose off the property, they also wait and see.
