I think no ehh....you'll need a new graphic card and a new processor....but too bad, our laptops cannot upgrade anything

Im using a dedicated graphic card for my laptop and its impossible for me to change it

Btw, I tried using my pendrive as RAM but it doesnt work

Native resolution is around 1300+ x something.

Should not be very taxing to the GPU.

Probably that resolution is pretty rare, 1366x768 thus not supported.

Will give that a try when I am free.

Hi Kianweic,
I'm on Macbook not Macbook pro, early 2009
Specs:-
2.0Ghz Intel Core 2 Duo
2GB DDR3 memory
NVIDIA GeForce 9400M
160GB hard drive

Have been playing campaign, custom games with fellow LYN users without any system crashes so far [touch wood]
I'm not sure/know how to measure the fps but gameplay is smooth with no lag even with many units on screen.

Guess i will only look into upgrade--> to play on ultra graphics when Blizzard launches its expansion sets.

I'm running SC2 on my 6-year old laptop. It's a Dell Inspiron 8600:

Processor: Intel Pentium M 1.6 GHz, Single Core
Memory: 2048 MB
Video Card: ATI Mobility 9600 PRO Turbo 128 MB
Operating System: Windows XP Professional with Service Pack 3

Graphics settings all set to low. I get the occasional in-game message to close other applications to speed up performance, but otherwise still playable. Takes about 2 minutes to load a level. I'm primarily a console gamer, so at least get to play the game is still considered OK smile.gif

If u really wanna get a new rig....just make sure RAM is 4GB and GPU must have at least 512MB dedicated ram.....it should be running quite smooth with mixed setting of medium n high......processors no need to bother too much, of course if u can get those i5 or minimum i3 processor will be good enough...... tongue.gif tongue.gif tongue.gif
